I need my Stromer. Can I expect to receive a temporary replacement?

We understand your request for a temporary replacement bike. However, given the exceptional scale of this recall, more than 6,000 affected bikes worldwide, it is unfortunately not feasible for Stromer or the dealer network to provide replacement bikes on loan. We recognise that this creates inconvenience, and we sincerely regret that this option cannot be offered.
