The cloud-based Stromer OMNI connect platform connects you to your Stromer seamlessly. Whether GPS localization, over-the-air updates, profile management or motor tuning – discover the digital Stromer functions for even more riding fun.
Triple anti-theft protection.
1. Electronic motor locking and alarm.
Your Stromer cannot be ridden in locked mode. If the locked Stromer is moved a few meters, it begins to honk and flash its lights and the motor is locked.
2. Warning message thanks to mobile communications technology.
If theft is detected, you receive an e-mail or a text message.
3. GPS localization.
Locate your Stromer at any time via the OMNI app.
Your digital lock: Your Stromer is automatically locked and unlocked via Bluetooth as soon as you walk away or approach it.
Simply remove the battery in unlocked mode keylessly at the touch of a button. The use of a PIN protects against theft not only of the Stromer, but also of the battery.
Individual motor settings.
Adjust the motor behavior via the OMNI app or use either the OMNI app or the bike display to select the assistance mode and regulate the pedal and brake sensor.
Remote services and updates.
OMNI informs you about charge level, battery and motor temperature and enables remote maintenance by your dealer. Firmware updates are easily performed over the air.
Keep track of your performance with the OMNI app — for example, mileage (total, current trip, current month, past year) or riding data of the community (average distance and trip time).
Use the service reminder in the app to ensure that you never miss a service. Regular maintenance increases the life of your Stromer.
A sensor in the bike detects when the Stromer finds itself in an uncharacteristic position while you’re riding. You have 60 seconds to cancel the notification via the Stromer display. A text message is then sent to the contact that you have stored in the OMNI app asking them to get in touch with you. They also receive a text message containing your last known GPS coordinates.
Connection to the Stromer Smart Helmet.
Connecting your Stromer Smart Helmet to your Stromer additionally transmits the brake light to your helmet. Feature available from firmware 220.127.116.11 / OMNI app version 4.0.0
Stromer OMNI C.
Full connectivity via cellular and Bluetooth thanks to integrated free SIM card. Standard on the ST7, ST5, ST3 and ST2 model ranges and compatible with the Stromer OMNI app. You can operate and locate your Stromer and call up its status from anywhere via the app (lock/unlock, trip incl. resets, battery charge level, battery and motor temperatures, location, etc.). Remote maintenance, diagnosis by a dealer and updates can be easily performed over the air.
New Stromer ST1 models from October 2021 (with Stromer Daylight) are equipped with the OMNI C Stromer display as standard, but only with basic connectivity via Bluetooth. Connectivity can be unlocked by the owner via the app for a one-time upgrade/activation fee.

Stromer OMNI B.
All ST1 models from 2019 communicate via OMNI BT app and Bluetooth. On ST1 models from October 2021 (with Daylight), connectivity can now be activated by the owner via OMNI BT – for features such as GPS localization, Smartlock, Crash Alert and more. For older models (2019 – 2021), this requires conversion by a specialist dealer.
