Is my bike affected by the WREN recall?

Not all Stromer ST3, ST5 and ST7 bikes are affected. Only bikes equipped with specific WREN suspension forks within the serial number ranges listed below are subject to the recall. Please check the serial number of your suspension fork to determine whether your bike is affected.

Stromer ST7

• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 403860-XXXXXXX-XXXX are affected by the recall.
  For your safety, the vehicle must not be used until the repair has been completed!

Stromer ST5

Some WREN suspension forks are affected by the recall.

• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 403523-XXXXXXX-XXXX are affected by the recall.
  For your safety, the vehicle must not be used until the repair has been completed!
• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 402446-XXXXXXX-XXXX are not affected by the recall.
  The vehicle may be used!
• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 402447-XXXXXXX-XXXX are not affected by the recall.
  The vehicle may be used!

Stromer ST3

Some WREN suspension forks are affected by the recall.

• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 403523-XXXXXXX-XXXX are affected by the recall.
  For your safety, the vehicle must not be used until the repair has been completed!
• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 402446-XXXXXXX-XXXX are not affected by the recall.
  The vehicle may be used!
• All WREN suspension forks with the serial number: 402447-XXXXXXX-XXXX are not affected by the recall.
  The vehicle may be used!

The serial number can be found on a sticker on the left or right side of the inside of the stanchion.
