3G shutdown in Switzerland: My Stromer is still under the official warranty. Will the OMNI Interface C be replaced free of charge?

Failures of the Stromer OMNI functions due to limited or unavailable network coverage are not covered by the warranty. Nevertheless, we want to support our myStromer customers. Therefore, until the end of July 2025, we are offering all affected end customers an upgrade under special preferential conditions.
