Can I continue to use my Stromer OMNI app in the USA and Canada?

Yes, for customers in the USA and Canada, both Stromer OMNI apps — Stromer OMNI C and Stromer OMNI B — will continue to operate as usual. All features remain fully available and functional.

Will I continue to receive software updates for my Stromer in the USA and Canada?

Your SIM card will keep working as usual and will stay free of charge. Updates will be sent automatically to your Stromer. You can always find the latest software information on the Stromer software page.

What happens to my bike in the USA or Canada if there’s a recall?

In the event of a recall, we will follow the guidelines set by the relevant authorities in the USA and Canada to address the situation properly.

Will spare parts for my e-bike be more expensive or take longer to arrive in the USA or Canada?

Since spare parts will now be shipped from our central warehouse in Switzerland, delivery times may be longer than you're used to, and shipping costs may apply. We're actively working on optimizing the spare parts supply chain for the USA and Canada to improve this.

Are there plans to resume sales in the US or Canada?

The USA and Canada are important markets for our future plans. While our current focus is on strengthening our European markets, we are continually evaluating opportunities to better serve our North American customers. At this time, we don’t have specific plans to share about returning to these markets.

As a customer in the USA or Canada, what happens to my warranty?

All Stromer and Desiknio owners in the USA and Canada can still contact current retailers for warranty and service needs. All dealers will continue to honor warranty commitments as usual.

Are spare parts for my e-bike still available in the USA and Canada?

Yes, spare parts, including batteries, will remain available in the USA and Canada. We strive to provide Stromer-specific spare parts for up to 7 years after production ends. For inquiries or orders, please contact your Stromer retailer.

Unfortunately, we are not supplying new Stromer or Desiknio bikes to the US or Canada until further notice.
