How do I wake up a Stromer Bike from deep sleep mode?

The «Deep Sleep Mode» is a function that preserves battery energy depending on either the state of charge or significant inactivity.

Step-by-step guide

First connect the charger to the power mains (LEDs light up red and green) and then to your Stromer. The connection for the charging cable is located on the left side of the down tube, slightly below the connection to the head tube. Open the cover of the charging socket.

1. Connect the Stromer charger to the power mains. The integrated LEDs light up in red and green.
2. Hold the charging cable loosely in your hands and slowly move it near the socket of your Stromer. The magnets will help you to position the plug correctly.
3. Connect the charger with your Stromer. The LEDs in the charger light up in orange and green during the wake-up process. When the wake-up process is finished, you will hear a click sound from the charger.
