Why is the anti-lock braking system on my Stromer only installed on the front wheel?

E-bike ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is primarily designed for the front wheel and that is for a good reason. During braking, the front wheel delivers about 70–80% of the stopping power as your weight shifts forward. It also plays a key role in maintaining directional control. Locking the front wheel is far more dangerous than locking the rear, it can cause loss of control and lead to a crash. That’s why ABS puts its focus where it matters most.
