Terms and Conditions

  1. I confirm that I am sober, in good health, and physically and mentally fit to ride an electric bicycle independently in public traffic.

  2. I agree to follow all instructions from the organizer and supervising staff at all times.

  3. I acknowledge that, despite reasonable precautions, accidents may occur, especially in unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., wet, slippery surfaces). I accept full responsibility for my safety, adjust my speed accordingly, and comply with all traffic regulations, bearing responsibility for any violations.

  4. I participate voluntarily and at my own risk, assuming full responsibility for any damages, claims, or liabilities affecting myself, others, or property. I confirm that I have valid liability and accident insurance.

  5. I agree to indemnify and hold the organizer harmless from any claims, costs, or demands related to my participation, regardless of cause, including those arising from negligence.

  6. I acknowledge that I may receive a follow-up survey for feedback.
