Would you like to have your Stromer App account and data removed?

You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This can be done either directly in the app or by submitting the deletion request form below.

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • Once deleted, your profile and all associated data will be irrevocably removed from our systems.
  • Any bikes linked to your account may be unpaired or removed as part of the deletion process.

Option A – Self-service in the OMNI app

You can delete your account directly in the OMNI App by navigating to: Profile→ Name → Delete profile. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm permanent deletion.

Option B – Submit a deletion request

If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a request using the deletion form below. After receiving your request, we will process and delete your data within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
