Important notice: Technical issue with Stromer infrastructure
In April, we began rolling out software version 4.5.0.3 to bikes via over-the-air (OTA) updates. However, due to the large volume of data being transmitted, we encountered technical issues with our server infrastructure. As a result, the rollout had to be paused.
Read below what this means for you.

What does this mean for you?
Some riders may have experienced the following known issue:
The download hangs, with the update icon frozen on the display. (You can identify this by the symbol shown at the top of your Stromer screen.)

Good to know:
There is no safety risk if your download is stuck. You can continue riding your Stromer without concern.
What should you do?
Please wait for the over-the-air updates to resume. We’re actively working to resolve the technical issues and expect the over-the-air rollout to continue gradually. To avoid further strain on our servers, the update will be released in stages over the coming months. If your bike is affected, the download icon will remain visible on your display until the update can proceed. We sincerely appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. Our goal is to deliver this update to you as smoothly as possible.
