And some of that criticism is valid. Some riders have experienced issues - with software, service and expectations not being met. That’s frustrating. And in some cases, we didn’t handle it the way we should have. We take that seriously.
At the same time, more than 150,000 riders rely on Stromer every day and expect a premium experience. When we fall short, it matters. So instead of explaining it away, we’re focused on what matters: learning from it, improving, and doing better - consistently.
