Granting rights of use

With your registration using the Community Content form, you grant myStromer AG and its affiliated companies (hereinafter “Stromer”) a non-exclusive right of use – free of charge and with no limitations with regard to time or scope – to the submitted content (in particular audio, image and video material).

You authorize Stromer to use the images and stories (“Stromer Moments”) uploaded by you for the Stromer website and/or the Stromer social medial channels (such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn and the like). For this purpose, Stromer is expressly entitled to change the images, in particular by cropping them and/or combining them with other images.

You declare that you hold the copyright and other rights required here for the content you have provided. By uploading the content, you are renouncing your right to credit.

Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

Data processing is performed based on your consent under data protection laws (cf. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR) and on the privacy policy from Stromer. By submitting the form for registration in the Community Content pool you hereby agree to the collection, storage and processing of your data. You can revoke your consent for the future at any time.

The data processing involves the following data: email address, last name, first name as well as any other information you may voluntarily provide. The data shall only be used for the purpose of (commercial) advertisement on the Stromer website and/or on Stromer’s social media channels. You authorize Stromer to identify you in association with the images or stories you have submitted using the name and location of the recording/picture given on the Community Content form. Your contact data will not be published.

Communication of your data to third parties shall only be performed for the analysis of user behavior on the website (see section 1.6 of the Stromer privacy policy) or due to legal obligations.
