Service Engineer (M/V) Retailer Support voor België / Luxemburg

Daily activities / Responsibilities:

  • Technical assistance for all important matters which are relevant for after-sales via telephone or e-mail
  • Contact person for distributors in the BELUX region
  • Questions of any kind in the field of technical support
  • Assistance and giving internal / external training in the BE / NL countries during the winter month
  • Further development of strategies, aftersales products
  • Home office aproximately 75%

What we ask for:

  • Technical education (E-bike-/ Motorcycle-/ Car mechanic)
  • Experience related to after-sales/ organizing and managing techn. Dealer trainings
  • Languages: Dutch Native, French speaking and writing. Englisch or German speaking and writing. Both is a plus
  • Good knowledge of IT (integrated business software, MS Office, Excel)
  • Age: from 25 years
