Ideal pedaling frequency

It is possible in theory to ride the Stromer at any cadence. Ideally speaking, riders with a low cadence will reduce the sensitivity of the torque sensor. Riders with a high cadence choose a higher level of sensor sensitivity.
A high pedaling frequency (low gear at a consistent speed) leads to more regular assistance. You will ride more economically at a high cadence and thus extend your range.
