Your career at Stromer.

myStromer AG has been developing Speed Pedelecs since 2009 that are distinguished by innovative technology, design and performance and have won internationally renowned awards. We are currently represented at three locations: with our Stromer Campus in Oberwangen (CH), an additional assembly plant for the European market in Riedstadt (DE) and a subsidiary in Vista (USA). Our love for our products informs our vision: We shape the future of mobility with more joy of riding, efficiency and quality of life.

ST5 Action
Create the difference.
We are shaping the future of mobility.

There is a simple reason that our bikes have helped to initiate a global change to urban traffic in just a few years: that is precisely what we built them for from the very beginning. With 55 employees, we are proof that pioneering innovations are not a question of the size of a company. We are convinced that good ideas can be implemented with team spirit and passion and that every single individual makes a difference.

«We all have the capacity for invention: it's important to encourage it.»

Jakob Luksch, CEO

We’ll tell you why.

Mobility means quality of life. For this reason, we build our Speed Pedelecs not only for the road, but also for the people who ride them. To get them to their destination just a bit faster and easier – and with enthusiasm. We also apply this conviction internally: We are a young company of flexible size. Despite this, we are solidly established on the international market and can look back on our history. We are willing to try new things, we learn from our mistakes and we work together to develop our company further.

1. We are shaping the future.

Our rapidly growing metropolitan areas require new mobility solutions. Solutions that are flexible and create breathing room for our cities instead of taking up space. You actively take part in designing this sea change with us and provide a concrete answer in the search for efficient, sustainable and individual commuter and day-to-day mobility.

2. We are pioneers.

You help us to develop unique products that have become an international standard through quality and innovation. As an innovative driver in networked e-bike mobility, we have a top position in one of the most dynamic industries at the moment with outstanding future prospects. How did we manage this? Through courage, through Swiss perfectionism and through the collective pursuit of a clear vision.

3. We are partners.

You work in a small team in which every idea counts and in which you can experience production from start to finish. We want it to be clear at all times what you are working towards, what is happening at the company and how you can help to shape the internal processes. To this end, all departments work at our Stromer Campus in an open-concept office under one roof – from the development and assembly to sales.
